How are you protecting your peace, honoring your roots, and walking in balance this summer? 🌿
As we navigate the powerful shift between the fiery Leo New Moon 🦁 and the grounding energies of Virgo🌾, it is time to slow down, connect with community, and weave your intentions. 

Beyond the summer stars, we are tapping into the Tonalpohualli, the sacred Mexica calendar. This August, we gather under the energy of the Cozcacuauhtli (Vulture) cycle, a powerful time of transformation ruled by Xolotl, the guide of souls. This cycle teaches us the wisdom of the 'Third Way' finding balance when life shifts. We will learn how to channel this medicine into our art, weaving ancient symbols of time, movement, and spiritual protection directly onto the canvas.

About the artist:

Liliflor was born and raised in Los Angeles, her inspiration comes from her upbringing, family, community and underground cultural movements. Lilia’s strength lies in her bold approach in integrating Nahuatl cosmology aesthetic experimentation. She brings knowledge of her indigenous roots to bear in her work that dignifies the everyday people of Los Angeles. Her artwork weaves various subjects such as spiritual, urban environments, women, children, indigenous cosmology and culture.
